We had been doing lots of research before we bought our RV from Florida RV Sales & Service. The pictures on their website – and the video virtual tour both inside and outside of the coach were fantastic. Hartley, the owner, was so easy to deal with. He was always available by phone or thru e-mail for any questions we had. When we decided on the 2006 Tiffin Phaeton, he and his staff made the process so easy to get everything taken care of before we got there. We flew down from Maryland and he picked us up at the airport. All we had to do was take an actual look at the RV and then sign on the dotted line. We had as much time as we wanted to go thru everything. We were ready to go in a few hours and started our drive home. Hartley even checked on us to make sure we made it home ok.
