Three months ago, I was considering the purchase of a used, Class A, 40-foot "diesel-pusher" motorhome from an individual. A 2006 Holiday Rambler, Endeavor model. Being our first Class A motorhome and being 13 years old, Jane and I were very concerned about its current condition and possible major repairs looming ahead. We brought it to the owner, Hartley MacDonald, and his lead mechanic, Don, They provided a complete inspection of both the chasis items as well as all the "house" items including appliances, electronics, slideouts, etc. They came up with a list of 6 or 8 issues, most of them minor, and I went forward with the purchase having much better confidence I was buying a good unit. Subsequently, they repaired or replaced the list of items, and did so with professional service and at very reasonable cost. Don is knowledgeable and long experienced mechanic, and was very helpful in finding cost-effective options for the 1 or 2 difficult issues we faced. I trust Hartley and Don and their staff completely and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We now have gone full circle.  We bought our coach from Hartley and Dianne in early 2016 and enjoyed every minute traveling with it. This coach has been over the top in every aspect with absolutely no issues at all, With heavy heart we had to sell our baby due to my vision problems. We live in northwest Georgia and did not think twice about bringing it back to Hartley to sell on consignment. I dropped it off on February 18 and he had it sold on March 22. Had two very bad experiences with former RV’s and promised myself “Never again”. Well, then I met Hartley. One would be hard pressed to find a more sincere individual, listening and suggesting. Far from a hard sell, he lets the coaches sell themselves. We are picking up a 16 year old Monaco, which appears to be a couple of years old. I’m having a hard time sleeping, I am so excited to pick up the new toy in a couple of days after Hartley will perform a full engine service and completely go thru the RV to fix any last thing. An absolutely WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE from California. Hartley was a true man of his word. I was the first person to call on this RV and told him I wanted this, and being out of state I was so unsure how to do this. He assisted me every step of the way, INCLUDING having his wife picking us from our hotel!!! Hartley and I were in constant contact via email or phone through the transaction. If I ever buy an RV, I know where now

I came down to Florida last week to bring my father in laws big Class A motorhome back to New Jersey. My father in law told me that the brakes were acting up, but they should be alright. He had just taken it in for service at the big dealer in Tampa and when he got it back the brakes were not working properly. They told him he'd have to wait at least 6 weeks to get it back in, and that the repair would be about 3500 dollars. He thought it would be better to get it home and do it there. Going up state route 60 the air pressure started dropping and the brakes began to drag terribly. Luckily a quick google search found South Florida RV sales less than a mile from my position. I took a chance and kept pushing it until I got there. After 5 minutes of this he started it up, went underneath, reappeared and walked inside. A minute later he came out and said there you go. I could have the part since it was used, but it was good enough to get me to NJ. WOW. He was right. The RV was like a new machine. The brakes were perfect and I had no problem at all getting home. On top of that he refused payment. Said he did it on his own time and that RVers are like family. Man what service.  When I told my father in law he was shocked. He'd been dealing with the big RV dealer in Tampa for years and had never had that kind of service. I know where he'll be getting his service done from now on.

We just purchased our 2004 Beaver motorcoach from Hartley. He was great to work with and was patient dealing with out of state customers like us. We left there feeling very good about our purchase, and still do. His pricing was fair and didn't start out at some inflated number like so many other dealers we've seen.  He was honest and fixed issues on the coach the inspection indicated as minor, only being documented by the inspector. Many of the items were minor cosmetic and certainly weren't a deal breaker. The fact he took care of the these things at his expense says a lot about what he wants to put his name on. He had all of the systems freshly serviced, including the aquahot. His service crew, Don and Cameron are former military mechanics and were helpful, knowledgable, and experienced. We spent time asking questions about the coach, electronics, and hydraulics, and they were quick to show how the systems operated and how to service them.  Hartley has years of experience in racing and in coaches. He has quite the coach-hauler setup for the track which was impressive as well. I would highly recommend Hartley to anyone seriously looking for a coach. When we're back in the area again, we will certainly be stopping in to say hello.

A Happy Couple we are after purchasing our very first Motorhome. My husband Rick and I are retired and decided to travel our great USA.
